Awning LED Light problem

Have a Hemisphere Light 2017 travel trailer. Been using it for approx. one month. LED under-awning light strip has been working. Now the strip will NOT light up. When turning on, the speaker & step lights come on/off, but not the strip under the awning. Any ideas what problem could be????

Should be either a fuse or connection. I would check where the wires come out. I'm not sure if there is a separate fuse for the leds. Sorry to be so vague.

I had an issue with my led light strip on my 2017 171rbxl. Had to hold the remote right on the sensor for it to work. The light strips they install on these things are $20 cheap light strips. I found one on Amazon and swapped out the transmitter. Mine had a access by the door. Looks like a outlet blank cover thing. Took it off and the transmitter fuse holder and everything was behind it. I brand name was Wenice. Or you could call your dealer and ask them.

Oh and the sensor that picks up the remote signal. I notched out a place in the cover and left it hanging on the inside. I think its best to keep it out of the weather.

Just a thought. Make sure the power switch on the electrical control panel by the door is turned on.

do you have a remote control for the LEDs? You probably need to use that to turn them on.

I don't have the other lights on mine, but I've noticed odd things sometimes about how the remote and the wall switch interact.

I don't think Forest River put that much effort into making the system work smoothly.
