I'm going to go from one 12-volt to two 6-volt golf cart batteries. I have a travel trailer with the battery box frame/mount welded to the tongue, behind the propane tanks. It is welded to the bottom of the tongue box frame.
The battery box frame/mount appears to be strong enough for the two batteries, however I am concerned about its overall attachment to the tongue. The mount looks like it was designed for two batteries.
Has anyone seen any issues with the stock mount and two batteries?
I have a Keystone travel trailer, however FRF appear to be the best and most active.
Since you don't have a FR trailer, posting pics of the frame and tongue area could be helpful.
