Bed Tilt System

I recently purchased an Arctic Wolf fifth wheel that came with the power bed tilt system. We took it out for the first trip this past weekend and upon retracting the bed for the first time, it got stuck and now will not move. I checked a few manuals online and all they talk about is either how to remove the system or how to re-calibrate the bed. I tried re-calibrating but it did not fix the problem, and the bed is stuck half way which did not allow my wife or me to sleep well. Can anyone help on this issue? I would hate to have to put in a warranty request for something this simple so if I could learn how to just flatten the bed out that would be great. Thanks for the help!

Hi, did you ever find a resolution for this? Mine seems to be behaving the same way unfortunately.

Unfortunately no. I ended up manually cranking the shaft with a wrench until the bed flattened out.
