Not sure you are going to get a comment from Forest River as I do not believe that they have any employees monitoring this forum. Even though it is a 'Forest River' forum, it is not a sponsored or hosted forum through them.

Common issue and not just Forest River. We had an Edgewater by Sunnybrook that had the same problem with sliding doors falling off.

I do work for Forest River and I also monitor the forums, but only for Class C's. What RV is it? Pics help...as we use different suppliers in many cases.

The post is a bit too vague to be of much help.

Mine didn't fall off but the track came lose way deep in the pocket cavity.
It was quite a job to fix it.
My dealer is 60 miles away so I fixed it myself.
It won't come lose again, I can tell you that much.
3 screws when there should have been seven is not cool.
