Belly Pans

Does anyone know where to buy the panels other than FR.
I need to replace all of mine. These are the seperate panels that enclose the belly and hold up the insulation.
Thanks.

Check with a sign shop it is the same stuff that is used for yard signs. I bought some years ago at a plastic supply in Philadelphia for a project in 4X8 sheets.

I don't know of any more ways to say this: These panels are NOT corrugated sign boards. They are heavier plastic made specifically for Cedar Creek fifth wheels. If you don't understand the question please do not answer!

Perhaps Yooroo was referring to this:

Shop LEXAN 3-ft x 4-ft x 2.3622-mil Clear Polycarbonate Sheet at Lowes.com

Or this:

Shop LEXAN 0.6666-ft x 0.8333-ft x 2.3622-mil Clear Polycarbonate Sheet at Lowes.com

Lexan is some tough stuff and they make it in clear, smoke and black. It is thin enough to flex and shape, it remains flexible out of the sun and it can take a hit. Just be sure to drill pilot holes and use plastic washers when you screw it down or you'll crack it. Automotive bodywork push pins work awesome to secure it as long as you don't drill too big of a pilot hole and the material behind the lexan isn't too thick.

Nobody here is trying to insult or frustrate you. Just trying to help. However, if you're looking for the exact panel used on your rig then the manufacturer is your only route.

Not the light grade there is a heavy grade that is not corrugated. I used it to make fenders for a marine hydratrailer.

So, let me see if I understand.....
You come to us asking for help. You throw a random question out there without telling us the year, model or make of your unit. You don't provide a picture for an example. We provide an answer with very little to guide us and you reply with a rude answer?
Call the dealer, we obviously should not help you.
Good luck.

Belly pan panels was pretty vague to start with. We sure tripped his trigger quickly. Must be getting cold in South Dakota already.

The fact that he's having to replace ALL the panels probably means that he isn't having the best of days. BUT, that in no way permits him to be rude to people who were only trying to help.

I have a place that can supply those panels, but he'll have to get that info somewhere else. I'm not wanting to be spit on for trying to help.

I feel the same way I was going to look up the info but now I feel like saying "stick your head in your shorts and kiss your twin brother hello" but now I won't.
