I'm not sure what this bottom panel is called has three screws on each end piece it is at the bottom of our bedroom slide-out of our 2009 Forest River Lexington GTS 255 ds. It appears to be one long panel 65 inches by 5 inches can someone assist? And where would I order something like this.

Yes in a manner of speaking. It appears the previous owner at the bottom of that slide caught on something and pulled it completely away from the slide out the slide out itself is secure and straight it's that entire lower piece and both Corners that are slightly bent out that I wish to replace

Order what ever trim you need, If you can pull the sheet metal off the slide and hammer it out straight.

Use some carpet padding to protect the paint as much as possible.

Hi,
I would start with your local dealer, see if you can coax a part number out of them. If you can get a part number, you can find the part.
You might have issues with an eight year old unit, could be hard to come by.
If you get the part number, I would bet I could find the part.
