Black Pipe Support and Road Protection

Last year we purchased a 2009 Flagstaff 831 KRSS. During our travels last year the strap that supports the Black and Grey outlet at the back of the trailer separated from it's attachment point. The sewer hangs about 8 inches off the ground because of this. I think that it is a pretty simple repair but need to know what I am potentially drilling into when I reattach it. Is there a photo or schematic of this area without the underbelly cover available? Also, are there any after market solutions for covering this area to protect it from being hit or scraped while driving? Anyone have a similar problem or thoughts?

If the screw rusted and pulled out, could you use the same hole and a bigger stainless screw?

The screw is intact but it was simply screwed into the underbelly cover and pulled out. I can move it to where I think the frame is and make a pilot hole to secure it there. I'm unsure of what is in there and before I try to peel everything back wanted to know what was there. BTW I have about 50 jumps from a 130 and love the airframe.
