Brand Spanking New 2012 Rockwood 8312SS

Got my new 2012 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite - 8312SS about 6 weeks ago. Had another brand for five years prior and had nothing but trouble from day one. Problems started as a bubble on the off door side and progressed within the first six months to full delamination. Company went bankrupt and I'm stuck with a warped camper.
Anyway, got rid of it and purchased the new Rockwood. Did a walk thru and PDI at the dealers site. Everything appeared to be very good. On our second trip out we were able to put out our electric awning and noticed a pin hole in the canvas. I took a picture and sent it to the dealer which told me that the warranty claim had been rejected. On our second trip we went to Myrtle Beach and were parked three sites back from the ocean. The weather was in the upper 80's and we WERE in the sun. The Coleman 15K btuh air condition would not maintain 76* inside the trailer. The bunk house was at least 5* warmer than the rest of the trailer which is understandable since there are only two ceiling registers in that area. The air temperature was approx. 18* different from ingoing air to outcoming air, which is good, but there are only six registers throughout the entire camper. The chill grill is great, but it blows directly onto the thermostat and causes the ends of the trailer to be even warmer.
Then we sit down one night to watch a movie on the Concertone. It works just fine, until half way thru the movie, audio and video timing were off as much as 2 seconds. We paused the movie and restarted and the problem was gone. This happened twice with two different movies, so not a dvd issue. So now my dealer is checking into the warranty claim for the concertone.
There have been other minor problems that I was able to take care of myself, but these are problems that will require expense to repair or upgrade.
My questions are these: Shouldn't Forest River take care of the awning, look at a potential upgrade to the venting of the a/c in the bunkhouse and replace the concertone with one that works properly.

I read about these pin prick holes in the awning on some other threads, I did not have any so thought I was lucky, until yesterday, now I have one too. How it happens i have no idea, it has to be faulty material and therefore should be covered by waranty. Who was your dealer?

My dealer is here in Southside Virginia. Rather not mention there names as of yet, but certainly want to check other options to have this repaired.
