Broken room window emergency exit handle

Hi, I have a brand new Freedom Express travel trailer model 320BHDS I have never opened the rear room window on the emergency exit side.

And twice the handle has broken when I was traveling at the joint window side

Is this related to wind or is it just Freedom Express ultra lite issue and what do you suggest as a correction?

I suggest you contact your dealer to repair it under warranty and have them offer a solution.

Yup. Warranty first but if you later need RV replacement windows or parts, this company should have it.
