Bull Dog Power Tounge Jack

Just got home from being on the road for a week and my Bull Dog Power Jack is now making a funny noise and shakes while in use. It worked great all week until I went to unhook yesterday. Not sure what it could be, and was hoping for some ideas. Maybe lubrication?

I pulled mine apart and found it full of water, so I drained it, took the whole mechanism apart, cleaned it. Then packed it full of grease.
It was supposed to be sealed, so I have no idea how the water got in there.

Lots of us put a bucket upside down over the jack to protect it from water etc. It's cheap and easy
