Cabinet drawer pivoting/ fell out

Out second trip out and the drawer under the oven is sitting on our floor and won't stay "in". I can see the metal tracks pivoting in the space behind, but how do I disengage the tracks from the drawer so I can further investigate?Click image for larger version
