Cable tv hook-up

I have a 2017 coachman chaparral light 30rls and wer you plug incoming cable from park ther are 5 cable receptacles and Ive tried all 5 and cannot get a cable picture and I already know about turning off the digital antenna is ther anyone who has had this problem

Work your way backward.....Take a cable inside and connect to port listed as cable, then take other end outside... Using ohm meter, touch center of cable you just took out with one meter probe, and use other probe to touch each connector center...When you get a reading, you've found the right hook-up......Then using menu on tv, switch to cable...Scan for channels
