California smog legal?

I'm about to buy a 2007 Forester motor home. It was originally purchased in Colo. It was resold and and is now registered in Calif. My question is, are all motor homes with the ford V10 smog legal in Calif? This will be my first motor home and I would hate to find out it would need to have lots of expensive work done to make it legal.

Off hand there should be an EPA sticker in vicinity of the motor, and it'll show if it's Ca smog legal.
