Camper taken in to Dealer

Took our Shasta into the dealer for a last once over, before warranty was up.To check water pump and align the slid, and check the bulging fresh water tank. And to give the roof a once over.Dropped it off last week,I called today to find out how it was going. Was told the slide was aligned the roof was done. Was told they replaced the water pump and had a fresh water tank ordered. They said it had a hole in it.And They were being covered under warranty. YAY!!!!!!!!!
But now we have to wait at least another week for the tank to come in.Then the time to get it put in.But the good thing I dont have to pay for it.

We have had some issue with the pump before. So wanted to have checked again.Slide wasn't right from time we got it, just got worse.Yes I am very happy with our dealer, they have been good to us.Now if the weather would cooperate and stop snowing we could start camping.

1 year anniversary approaching

I took our tt in since our first year of ownership was approaching. We had one issue with starting the gas on the refrigerator. They did their 50 point check up ($100.00). Upon receiving my $280. bill, I questioned the charges. $50 to blow air out gas line, $50 to seal 3 small spots on the roof. Although the dealship owner said he'd reseal the roof once a season for free. $50 for sealing 2 marker light covers that kept falling off. While the 2 technicians hooked the trailer to our truck, one put the stabilizer clip upside down. The battery box wasn't strapped down, the gas was left on. I've read about good and bad repairs. We will be doing our own maintenance from now on.
