Canvas Repair of Hole

I own a 2008 HW256 popup camper and while cleaning it today after a recent 2 week vacation I noticed that there is a hole being worn through on the tent canvas directly behind the stovetop. I am not sure what or how it is rubbing to cause this issue as there doesn't appear to be anything in that area that could cause it. I am wondering since the camper is 3 years old now would it be covered under any type of warranty and if not what or how is the best way to repair it. If anyone has a number for Forest River or could provide any insight I would greatly be thankful for it.

Is there a franchise network in the US called Fibrenew? I had them fix a couple of rubbed holes in my popup.

They make a really good vinyl tape you can repair this with most RV places have it.

We have used a combo of whte duck tape on the inside and silicone on the outside.
