cd not working in roo
We just took our new roo out this weekend. We put in a cd (several) and it is not working. Can't even see the laser beam. Any ideas?

it would help knowing what Concertone unit you have. also, check the Concertone sub-section, in the Tech and Repair section. you might find some answers there.
