Ceiling glue separation
We have a 2014 Rockwood TT and noticed about a year ago a ripple in the ceiling paper. I'm saying paper because we could tell that the decorative paper was separating from the 4 x 8 sheets installed on the ceiling. Over the last year more and more spot of ripples and bubbles have appeared. There are no stains, no leaks, we checked and rechecked. In the heat the paper is pliable and when it is cold it is hard. I showed pictures to a rv service person that works with the factory and was told this is a common problem in rv's a few years old that are exposed to long periods of heat, that the glue that holds the paper to the sheeting starts to break down and separate and we just need to learn to live with it. So does anyone else having this problem, it there some way to fix it? I can learn to live with it but if we ever want to sell it the next person is gonna look at it and think there is a major problem. We leave all vents open all the time but the tt does sit in the sun all the time.
