I think w/ the reports of lead on toys, known toxic chemicals in food, anti-freeze (ethylene glycol) in toothpaste, most people are gun shy about the "quality" of Chinese goods. If it's TV set or DVD player & it craps out, you chuck it in the garbage & go buy a new 1.

But when a tire blows out & possibly causes damage to your RV and/or causes an accident, that's a whole different story.
