Cleaning rubber roof

I’m about to begin the PIA task of cleaning the roof on my rig. I’m going to use a warm water Murphy’s Oil Soap solution. I’m wondering if, instead, I can use one of the premixed (attach to garden hose) house wash mold/mildew solutions. Those are usually a water /bleach solution. Is there a possibility of paint damage via run off from roof?
Thanks

Yep, pretty much any cleaner that runs down your walls will remove wax and leave streaks.

I also hated the chore of cleaning the roof until I started using Rubber Roof Cleaner and separate conditioner from ProtectAll. Much easier and quicker, with nothing to run down the sides. Much cleaner and whiter also with no scrubbing.

Thanks so much! I’ll pick some up and give it try. If NM has anything to do with New Mexico, I’m heading to Albuquerque next month. Perhaps we can get together.
Thanks again.

Are you coming from Massachusetts to Albuquerque? That's a little bit of a ways from home

We live about three hours south of Alb in Las Cruces. If you get down this way, give us a shout! You might catch us at home. Seems like we are gone (mainly to AZ) most of the time these days

Hope the ProtectAll products work well for you. I am sold on them for the last few years. My six year old roof has never looked better.

After. The closest part is still wet.

I last did this to my roof 2 years ago. I’m sure it would be much easier to clean if it was done yearly.

I have to wait for a dry day to apply the roof protectant.
