Clicking noise 2008 Berkshire

Hello to all,
I hope someone out there may have seen this problem. I have a clicking noise that sounds like a relay opening and closing. At first I thought it was a clock ticking. The noise seems to be coming from the passenger side rear storage compartment, where the Inverter is located. It's not coming from the inverter, but from a black rectangle box, with several wiring plugs on each side,Click image for larger version

ID:	4307 located on the back wall of the compartment. When I turn the coach battery disconnect switch off it continues to click, only when I turn the chassis disconnect switch off will it stop. Is there anyone who knows the function of this "Black Box" ..????

Thanking all in advance...

I get the clicking when I open the door and the steps come out. It only clicks once or twice though not continuously. Sorry that I can't help more.
