Red face CO detector replacement

I am trying to replace my CO detector in my 16 FR Berkshire 38A. New detector also does not self test.

So I checked the line voltage for the detector and the auto shut off valve. They are both 9.4v.

I am trying to find the DC power bus bar and the 5A fuse that is supposed to be in line for the detector to make sure there are good connections and replace the fuse.

Why do you want to replace the fuse if you have voltage? If the fuse was blown wouldn't there be no power?
