Coleman Mack 3 A/C

I have a new 2012 Forest River Flagstaff 30WTBS and it has a Coleman roof air. My question is while running in the A/C mode I have hi and low fan speed and they work. While running just the fan on the A/C on nights that are cool and we want a little background noise I can adjust the fan speed to hi or low and it only goes on high which at nite is a bite too much. I'm wondering if there is a wire crossed someplace or not connected. The fan area on the wall mechanism has hi and low for fan as well as for A/C. Anyone had this issue? I'd appreciate the advise.
Thanks!

I have the same Coleman unit on my 2010 Flagstaff. I will check tomorrow and get back to you. I seem to recall that I get low when in "fan" but I am totally not sure.
