Countertop Scratches

We have a 2017 Salem 27RKSS with a solid surface countertop. It already has several scratches in it. Most of them are minor, but since we haven't used the TT very much I am quite concerned. Do any of you know if you can 'buff' these out? If so, what is the best way to do this?

Thanks,

If its the man made counter top like mine you can use basic car paint scratch remover and buff out the minor scratches.
You can also use tooth paste and some elbow grease.
Tooth paste is a mild abrasive if you didn't know that.

Thanks for the response Iggy. We have the exact same kitchen counter top configuration. I will give this a try.

I actually have the black counter top but figured you may have the beige one.
The black shows the scratches more but I have removed a few over the past few years of use.

Thanks,

We had solid surface counter tops in our destination trailer. Dealer said that it was Corian. No kids and super careful with everything and we still got a few minor scratches. Very soft material and not great for a counter top in an RV. I know that they can be fixed but I would have preferred a more durable material.

Here's what they say if you have scratches on Corian counter tops.
