Day 1 Camping

Well day one in our Vibe has proven to be a true break-in period.

While towing to the camp one of the emergency exit windows opened (master BR ). The rivets in the locking arm fell out.

Opened a cabinet in the kitchen and the two tiny screws holding the catch came out leaving the door flapping.

Grab some TP and the holder comes out of the cabinet.

Other than that, so far so good.

I'm learning that with a new unit (and the price we expect to pay for them), there are a lot of little things that will require repair. With the mass production and the relatively low price of RVs, I guess it is to be expected. I have tried to maintain a good attitude and I look forward to my first outing with my new trailer in a few days.

That's a great attitude. We just finished two days out with our new home. More things broke. We fixed most. Had the best two days ever!
