Dealer warranty question
We own a 2016 Rockwood 8289ws 5th wheel. The led panel on the fireplace only partially lights up. When I called our dealer he said to remove the fireplace and bring it to him and he would order it and it would take 8 weeks to get a new one. I thought it was odd that he told us to take it out our selves and I couldn't believe it would take 8 weeks to get one. So I contacted Forest River and they told me it would take 7 to 10 days. I asked if we could have one just shipped to us and he said no, but we could go to any FR dealer to take care of it. I am alittle upset with the dealer, there aren't any dealers very close to us. Just wondering what some of you would do in this instance.
