I have a 2007 Rockwood Roo 19 foot TT. The previous owner let it sit in the sun and the front and one side set of decals are peeling off. Does anyone know where can I order a new set? The factory or maybe a local dealer in Southern California. I also need a door latch for the screen door.

the decals should be able to be ordered from FR's parts dept.
no local dealer will carry the correct decals for a 5 year-old RV.
the latch for the screen door should be available from any RV parts place, since it's made by another company.
i seriously doubt FR's parts dept. would carry just that. they order the entire screen doors from another manufacturer.

Speaking of decals, on my 2011 Flagstaff 5er I notice the tips of one or two of the decals are not glued very well. Any suggestions? Super Glue or something? Don't want to mess up the gel coat.

I have the same problem on my 2004 Sandpiper. I called Denise at Sandpiper parts and was quoted just under $1200.00 for the complete set. The high cost was due to non-current model years are not in stock and are custom cut. She suggested that I find a current year model I liked and get back to her with the vin, suggesting that the set would be less than $300.00. I did and the less than $300.00 magically ballooned to $800.00. My trailer still has the peeling decals.

Find a local sign shop. Bring the trailer and have them cut new vinyl stickers for it. Or change the design to something you like better.

We also have a couple of decals that are just beginning to lift up on some of the edges. I would love to know what others have done to seal them back down.

Do what i did and take them off and paint them back on. No more peeling.

Seal them back down? Can't. Take a single edge razor blade and carefully trim away the bad areas following as close as possible the original outline. The best solution is still to either pay a professional to replace them or peak them off and paint the areas if you know how to do that. It cost me $550 dollars to do one side of my 35 foot fiver this summer.

joy-rick, do not, I repeat DO NOT use a razor blade to try and trim the lifted edges off your decals. You will scratch the gelcoat.
If your decals are still soft, you could use a silicone adhesive, but I have a feeling yours are probably lifting because of weathering and shrinking?
The other fellow with the 2011 and the lifting decal tips can definitely stick them back down. I also had a few lifting on mine, and the silicone adhesive worked great. And when/if the time comes to replace the decals, there won't be any damage to the gelcoat.

You are correct. They are dry and are peeling badly. I believe that the 1st 2 years of our trailers life (before we bought it) were all spent in the Southern California sun! The decals on the front are starting to peel but the ones on the right are already about half way gone. The back and left side are almost perfect.

Most decal's are made from vinyl and are squeeged? on. Any sign shop could make new one's for you, but i have no idea how much it would cost.
