Defective AC Duct Vents

We have a 2011 30WRLTS V-Lite and noticed when the AC is running the Duct vents won't stay open. We use a folded piece of paper towel to keep them open but that is just a band aid. We have 6 of these in the TT and only 1 works correctly. My problem is I don't want to drive 200 miles to a dealer to have them replaced, the gas alone would justtify buying new ones. I need to know if FR would replace them if I contact them via phone or email under warranty or, if anyone has a simple fix I can do.

They must have gotten a bad batch again or this is one that didnt get changed. They(FR) had a supplier send them a bad batch of vents. I dont have the number handy, if you call them they can send you replacements! FR had a whole bunch of Rockwoods that had the same problems: 5th wheels and TT. No big deal, the new ones work great ! Sorry these weren't caught at the dealer! Might just want to call them(dealer) to let them know of the problem.

We had one bad one in our V-Lite, dealer gave us a new one and it took me all of a minute to change it.

We had the same problem with our 2011 5th wheel, that sure was a odd defect. but they were all replaced by dealer. but you should be able to do it yourself.
