Any new changes . EPA turbo mufflers HP cooling brakes tires anything and everything. I've looked at used diesels 3 years old and dealers don't no to much about anything and the used private ones the owner never did anything but drive them and park it just looking for info

That's too much information in too general a question.

You need a specific engine model/year and then take it from there. No one here has all that memorized.

Not sure when GM made the switch to an exhaust brake but it makes a noticeable difference when stopping the truck and trailer.
