Direct tv

we want to be able to watch Direct tv while we travel. The RV we bought has a King Dome signal finder but I understand it is not HD DVR compatable. Can anyone tell us how to convert the current system or what we need to do. We want to take the DVR we have in the house with us instead of using the stanard receiver that is the RV

Sounds like you either need to upgrade the dome to a HD compatible dish or get a standard DirecTV DVR. We have HD at home but use a DirecTV Tivo unit in the motorhome.

System Compatability

From what I've read the King Dome is not HD compatible for DirecTV. It works with Dish Network. Check out the about link.
