Dometic T-stat in Grey Wolf 26rl

Anyone that owns the 26rl Grey Wolf had problems with the dometic thermostat? My air conditioner will cut off before it reaches the correct temp. when I have the fan on auto or low and will not come back on. However when I have the fan on HI the air conditioner stays on and I freeze. Just wondering if anyone else has this or any other problems with their 2015 FR Grey Wolf 26RL! TIA

Are you operating the A/C on shore power or a generator?

I would say you need to bring it back to the dealer or service center. I have the exact same unit, purchased in Feb 2015 and mine runs fine on shore power, however I have had it shut down after 1-2 hours using a generator. The difference between low fan/ auto and high fan puzzles me. If it was insufficient voltage, I would suspect that would happen on high fan or auto with high fan operating, not low fan. I'm still troubleshooting why my unit shut down using a generator. I live in AZ and it was 108 degrees at the time. Need to do more work. Use your warranty before it expires. Cheers.
