As to locking everything up outside the trailer, I stayed a week at a start park one year where the "locals" from a nearby town came in, raided coolers, took lawn chairs, and put catsup and mustard all over the restroom mirrors, not just one night but several. And I don't mean raccoons! Most of the time this isn't a problem. However......
