Drain holes on 2004 Rockwood

I have two drain holes on the back right side of my trailer and everytime I put water to my trailer one leaks..Question is what are they for and how do I stop it from leaking...Thanks

Those would be your low point drains that you use when you winterize the trailer. As for the leak turn off water supply & if there are caps on the lines see if you can tighten the caps. If they are valves that turn to open & close try opening & closing them a few times. If this doesn't work they may need to be replaced.
