Driver & passenger seats in Lexington

Are we the only folks having trouble with the leather driver & passenger seats deteriorating? I contacted our dealer before he went out of business and I have contacted Forest River. I have had a long term discussion with AprilConner at Forest River. She just keeps asking for additional information. Are we the only ones with this problem? If there are others, how did you resolve the issue?

In the reply box, hit "Go Advanced"

The next "green heading" says "Additional Options".
In there is says "manage attachments" that will pull up a window that lets you add files.

Here are some photos of the seats in our Lexington. An email I received today from Forest River says they will send slip covers to cover the seats. I'll let you know how long that takes & how that works out.

What year is that? We haven't done a two tone seat in years.

It's a 2011 that we purchased in July, 2011. Interesting you haven't done two tone seats in years. This is motorhome number four for us and the second new one. The first six months we owned it, it was at the dealer for repairs half that time. Literally. I have a list you wouldn't believe although, except for the month it took to install the aftermarket hydraulic jacks, you can probable look up the warranty work done on this unit. If it was older than the title, that explains quite a lot...

It was probably 2010 maybe? Not 100% sure. If I had to guess, that 2011 was built in mid 2010? I see your dealer went out of business...I just wonder how well they maintained the units sitting on their lot or if it just parked in the same spot for a year.
