Dynamax DX3 Door key pad question

Hello,

Not much of a surprise that Camping World who sold me the coach does not know how to re program my door keypad.

And of course they don't know how to contact the previous owner.

The master code Camping World tried doesn't work and I am at a loss now.

I don't know if I buy a new one or an aftermarket replacement.

Any ideas please??

Yes call the door manufactor, or the factory should be able to tell you, don't buy a new lock. Unless the past owner bought a aftermarket lock. I doubt that

The video has been watched and unfortunately, the Dynamax factory code does not allow me to reset the codes.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the unit is broken. We had a safe at work that was like that. The factory rep came out and their "secret reset" codes would not work either. Finally after getting inside they determined it was the electronics had failed. They keypad and display appeared to be working normally, but it just flat would not open. Might be a warranty issue? Worth spinning it that way to CW and see what they have to say.
