Dynamax - venting on the vent

I am reluctant to drive on the highway so I aborted some of my holiday plans due to a missing refrigerator side vent

The lower refrigerator vent was not secured properly upon delivery. I assume that this was also the case with my now missing upper vent. I don’t know if this was caused at the factory or at the dealer. Either way I am the victim of shoddy preparation. The things that get turned to secure the vent were in the unlocked position. I discovered this when I removed the lower vent to see how it is attached. See photos. Additionally the vent tabs along the top do not insert fully into the frame slots as they should.

Still waiting to hear from Dylan’s RV as to a replacement vent. How many days does it take to make a decision to make good?

The first photo show the position of the "thing" (I don't know the name of it) you turn to secure the vent. This is the open position.

The lower photo shows how the tabs do not insert fully into the frame.
