Electric Fireplace Repair or Replacement

We have a 2017 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite.
The Electric Fireplace needs to be repaired or replaced. I can fix it if I could find how to contact the manufacturer. I'd even replace the entire unit if need be.

Does anyone know how to find parts or replacement?

I have two of those fireplaces in my trailer. One has quit working so I am going to troubleshoot it to see if I can fix it. I suspect it has a fusible link on the circuit board that has opened. If I do fix it, I will keep it as a spare in case the unit in the living room breaks.

I placed an oil filled electric heater in it's space in the bedroom. It keeps the bedroom warm at night and is virtually noise free. (Better than running the furnace.)
