The photos that wmtire posted shows the breakers. As you will notice, the wires look out of perspective with the breakers. The reset button is a small round or square nub of plastic that looks as it could be a clip to hold the breaker together. Some have a rubber cover over the breaker that can be pulled loose. The reset will be under this cover. Others have a rubber boot that covers the reset, just push the boot.
On the breakers of my TT you cannot see the reset because of being blocked from view. You have to feel around the breaker for a bump on the casing.
Did you use a multimeter to see if any of the terminals had 12+ volts on them? If you have voltage on one terminal but not the other, that breaker is tripped or bad. And yes, they do go bad. I don't trust test lights because they can light on AC voltage and with voltage as low as 3 volts DC, though dimly.
