Just kidding, if I lived closer I'd come fix it for you.
Be sure and tie up that hair and cover it in a bonnet when you get under to spray with the dry lube.

When you say the motor itself... the motor engages and it looks like it is trying to move the stab jacks, it just stops right away (maybe a second or less). If it were the motor, would it exhibit this behavior or would it not engage at all?

I tried the crank that came with my fifth wheel and put it to the manual override for the jack. I can't budge it more than a tiny bit in either direction. Using "righty tighty/lefty loosey", it goes with thinking that I would want to turn to the left to get them to lower (or is that wrong since it is opposite to the motor)?
I've taken off the JT's StrongArms from the foot pads and it didn't make any difference.
So unless the motor is blocking these from turning, it stands to guess that the problem lies in the stabilizers themselves.
Coot raises an interesting point, I feel like I tried snugging them up more than usual last time (Saturday night's overnight stop). But they came up just fine- it's just that it is now stuck in the "up" position.
Ideas before I go figuring out how to remove this motor?

Facing the manual end, turn the crank clockwise. It is pretty hard to turn as the motor has a gearbox and you are going against the gearbox.

Clockwise- ok, opposite to what I thought. But it was tough either way. I'll try again after dinner.

If you have a Lippert jack you have a place to put in a hand crank opposite side of the motor. Give it a crank both ways to see if it breaks loose. Something could of bent and jammed up. You might need to get rough to loosen it.

Pop the motor off first.
It will make troubleshooting the screw a lot easier.

Agreed. Remove the motor, lube the worm gears with WD-40 and work the legs down.....carefully. I would use a pry bar and give them a gentle shove. I had mine hang up due to extending and weighting the legs on a slope. That small twist locked one of them up. Doug, they have to come down....or off...else you'll be having a very wobbly camping trip come July.

When you get the motor off, you are going to have to have someone pry the legs down while you manually try to lower them. You evidently jammed them in the up position the last time you retracted them.

I'm annoyingly slow, but I was able to disengage the motor. The jacks were still stuck and required some forcing to break loose whatever was.
Now to look under there and see what/how to lube this thing and see if I can find anything that is bent or mishaped.

It took some force but they popped out and then the crank turned easily.
