When the dealer fixes the problem I will post the root cause. I'm going to wait till winter to take in. Thanks for all the replys

Somewhere you will have a switch that fundamentally reverses the wires to the motor while supplying power. Since you have a remote this will NOT be the manual operation switch on the side of the RV (most of us do not have remotes and thus this switch provides the power and switching). Your setup may have relays... or it may be completely electronic. You would have to start tracing out wires and taking things apart to figure it out. Once you find it then it is a matter of figuring out the circuitry and probing to determine ultimate cause.

X2. The relay is located on the LCI control board.
