electric stabilizer jack problem

Hello,
I just bought a 2012 Surveyor. At walk through, the technician demonstrated the front stabilizer jacks. When I arrived to destination, unhooked and pushed the button, nothing happens. Rear jacks work fine. Is there a reset or fuse?

I am pretty sure there is a fuse. Check the breaker panel for a thrown breaker and for a bad fuse. Check the wiring around the stabilizers for a fuse. I am sorry I cannot help more than this, but this is my first TT with power stabilizers and I have not had the TT but for about the 3 weeks.

There is a fuse. It may even be "manually" reset-able or a 30 amp single blow. It is located within 18 inches of the battery usually off the load side terminal of a larger current limiter that protects the entire camper's 12 VDC load. (see attached)

I would take a trip to your local auto store and buy an automatic resetting fuse. The bottom photo is what you are looking for if you currently have a single blow type. (DO NOT break off the snap legs as you need the length. The cover will not close over the replacement anyway so you will have to wrap it in electrical tape.)

There is nothing in the panel for the main slides or front stabilizers; just fuses near the battery.

The REAR stabs are a different story. If your REAR stabs are not working the problem fuse may not be there at the battery. There might be an auto-reset fuse located near the switch for the rear stabilizers. Like inside the entertainment center cabinet in our camper.

It could be a pigtail fuse just stuffed behind the power distribution panel itself.
