Angry Electrical issues

I own a Salem LE 29BHBS and we lost power this weekend. The power outage lasted a couple hours. The power came back on and everything was fine. The next day a fuse popped and we lost the air conditioner. Everything else was working fine. We attempted to replace the fuse and as soon as we turn the converter breakers back on it pops the fuse. We have disconnected the battery and the same thing happens. It is only the very top fuse that is a 15. None of the others have popped. Not really sure what else to try for this besides replacing one of the breaker switches. Just wondering if anyone knows if we are on the right track or if this is a much bigger issue than we can handle? Any ideas or suggestions would be great!! Thank you!

I have 2 possibilities that may cause this.
1. Low shore power will make the AC exceed 15 amps and blow.
If you can test with a meter it should be 115-120 volts.

2. The other possibility is that the compressor was damaged with low voltage prior to the outage and or when the power came back was low or very high for a short period.

I hope the problem is low power and not the other.
Good luck

What is the fuse that is blowing marked for?
The air conditioner is operated by the 120 VAC shore power, that is on a circuit breaker not a fuse.
The air conditioner does use 12 VDC for the controls (the fuses are on the 12 VDC side), but it is unusually for that to blow a fuse. Maybe something else is on that fuse, like the refrigerator and/or water heater controls, has gone bad.

The fuse that keeps blowing is labeled Refrid. Assuming it is the refriderator. The fridge is still working though. The only thing that does not work is the air conditioner. I don't know, this whole process has been quite confusing and complicated for someone with little knowledge of the electrical components of the camper. Just gonna call a repair man in the morning to have him look at it. We just didn't want it to be a simple fix and feel silly for having called someone. We will see. Thank you for your input and the time you took to answer my questions.
