Electrical Problems - 2317G

Hi - I have a 2004, 2317G. I'm new to this gig and despite a new, charged deep cycle battery, can not get it run the rig. It will happily blow fuses (mainly the 'F4' slot - Red output wire), but unless I'm connected to shore power, there is no light to be had.

I've been trying to find any manuals, etc. that would help me figure out the wiring for trailer - or at minimum, a list of the correct and required fuses (I bought it used and the original writing is faded on the fuse box).
