Entrance Steps

Our entrance steps are not sticking. When we step on the rubber cover, they buckle and are unsafe. We took it in and OF COURSE the dealer did not fix it.

How can we fix the rubber to stay in contact with the floor?

Is this rubber some kind of anti-skid protection? You could always go to home depot or lowes and use the anti-skid grip tape instead. Post up some pics.
