Should be a pretty easy repair for the lower J trim. Most snap into a J channel to receive the top edge but it looks like yours is covered with a transition strip. (that should hold the top of the J trim)
1) You will need to remove the trim end cap by the steps to expose the vinyl screw cover trim. Remove vinyl trim and screws.
2) Remove a couple more screws on your fender skirt and cut caulking if the skirt is still attached. (Covering the transition piece)
3) Remove transition piece if needed.
4) The J trim is usually secured to the bottom of the trailer with a 1" piece of aluminum that got destroyed. (might need to cut the piece off.)
5) Now for the fun part. What else got damaged now that you can see it.
6) Fix the bottom material to ensure waterproof (Tyvek type material or coroplast?)
7) Install new J trim (cut to fit) under transition strip ( I would use more butyl tape to seal the transition strip)
8) Reinstall screws on transition strip and fender skirt. Reinstall transition end cap.
9) Find new 1" piece of aluminum and secure from bottom of trailer to bottom of J trim (see other J trim on your camper for examples)
10) Apply proper sealant to fender skirt.
