I used contact cement designed for extreme temperatures, which wasn't cheap..... But neither was the "Red Glue", (I believe that's what it is called) that the repair facilities use. I couldn't get my hands on that within a reasonable amount of time.
Those pic's were taken July 2014, and it is holding up perfectly with no delam or issues.

I removed the 2 on my house also, big pita leaks, drips, especially in the winter. I also agree with the rv skylight over the tub statement, tub becomes the catch basin and drain for it.

For what you had and what you wound up with, I think you did a hell of a good job!
BRAVO.

Here is a link to the TC "Hunting Camper" rebuild... I wish I had taken pics of the delam area when I repaired it... Apparently I somehow missed that.. Maybe some of these pics will give you some ideas for your repairs.
The delam was around the right side window, above and below the window. lucky for me the inside paneling was not damaged, just delaminated on the exterior. If you look carefully at the finished pic's you can see a slight wave in the filon.... Not bad though IMO.

Great rebuild job, thanks for sharing the pictures, it is encouraging to see the end product of what looked to be a disaster, lol. Gives ideas of how to repair a really bad leak or damaged unit. When I opened the roof on my TT I shook my head and wondered what I got myself into, but I haven't rushed it and it's turning out pretty good, this is encouraging.

Mikakuja what type of caulk did you use around your end cap trim, I'm using butyl tape underneath but still trying to determine what is best on Filon, I have Dicor non sag sealant, but not sure if that's the best . I have read some reviews on Proflex.

I always use proflex on the trim, butyl under the trim. Dicor lap sealant on the roof.

Depends on where the delamination is located. Repair is always the thing to do if able. See YouTube for de-lam vids and repair options.
