Thanks for that. I finally purchased a ramp and the RV lifts up high enough to change the flat! I wish my truck had this ability. I also carry 2 spares. Feel like I'll never be stranded again due to tires.

I would not use a ramp.
I assume this is a tandem axle. Using a ramp will over load the other tire! Jack It.

Thanks for the reply. Are you saying that the other tire, the inflated one on the side with the flat, will have increased pressure placed on it by driving it up a ramp? I don't think that I'll increase pressure on that tire because I have only changed the tire's elevation - not it's load.

It was my assumption that you were changing a flat tire per this discussion. Yes I believe your psi will increase slightly but for Example sake:
Your taking two tires say rated at 2,540 # each and placing 5,000+#'s on it. Even temporary you are overloading the tire....
