floor repair

We are in the middle of repairing/replacing about 25% of the subfloor in out TT (water damage). Do you think it would be better to use a self leveling compound to try to level things out or cover the entire floor with a second sheet of plywood (1/4"?) with as few seams as possible?

A little history: we believed someone lived in this trailer for sometime. When we got the trailer the floor was done in ceramic tile, with backer board on top of subfloor. We plan to use linolium to replace.

Thanks
