Flooring Issue

Has anyone had a problem with their Beau flooring? We have had are fifth wheel for just over a year and just after we put it away for the season I found a small crack in the flooring. Its about 4in long but just want to know if anyone else has had a problem with it. My dealer says its a cold weather crack. The factory rep actually came to our house and looked at it! He says they haven't had a cold weather crack issue with this Beau flooring yet. Here is a pic of the crack...

You can fold that flooring in half and it will not rip, It wouldn't get brittle from the cold something else is at blame there from the manufacturing of it. IMO and I'm not a flooring guy, thats pretty good flooring material for that to happen, It can't be from the cold.

Well that's what the rep said when he came and looked at it. The only other thing that I know that could have had anything to do with this problem is last fathers day we had a few things under warranty done. There was a spot in the sheeting under the flooring that was spongy and something was under the flooring itself we could feel with our feet when we walked on it. The dealer said they pulled back the flooring to fix and remove problems. When I talked to costumer service at Forest River they said that flooring is rapped around the sheeting at the edges. So how did my dealer get to the sheeting and to the object under the flooring if it goes to the edge???
And here is the kicker, they told the flooring rep that they lost the info about the repairs to are camper in a computer system failure! HUMMMM!!!
