Forest River Feedback

I am trying to get some response from Forest River about the quality issues that I have experienced with my 8 month old trailer.

We have a 2015 Wildwood 29QBDS. I have tried emailing those that I found on the Forest River support site (Wayne Bigler and Dan Evans) but haven't received any response in 2 weeks.

Does anyone have any contacts - CEO, VPs, upper level management - that might be able to shake some action loose? I know there is another thread but it is over a year old so I was wanting to check with latest information.
