FR 3 Walkthrough Issues

So went to our dealer in zero weather for our pre purchase walkthrough on a 2016 FR3 30 ds only to find 12-15 various problems.
Main issues was that the heating unit did not work and it appears that the motor on the hideaway bed crapped out and wouldn't retract. Other issues were damaged woodwork to the bottom of the shower not being sealed.
I'm not losing faith in the unit and I'm glad that I noticed the issues at the dealer party due to the postings of the people on this site.
My dealer who is listed as a priority dealer assured me that every issue would be corrected. I have faith but we will see.

Any comments would be appreciated.

I think all new RV's have issues to one extent or another. My advice; under no circumstances take possession of the unit until you are satisfied that ALL known issues have been corrected. Then, double check everything again. A dealer is more inclined to fix everything before you take possession than after.

Thanks for the solid advice and I did not take possession of the unit, I told them every issue has to be corrected.
I guess it's better that it happened at the dealer prior to signing.

Our dealer did a pre-inspection before we even went to the dealership and found a scratch in one of the counter tops. They called us and told us they had ordered a new counter top and would let us know when it was installed. We ended up postponing our inspection for about 3 weeks until the new counter top arrived and was installed but glad they found that ahead of time so we did not waste a trip to the dealership. Everything else looked good when we got there for the inspection. We have a 2015 3010DS.
